1.Outside the warranty (12 months), if the equipment appears problems, the customer request LIJIANG to send engineers to the factory for maintenance.The customer should be responsible for round-trip air tickets and accommodation.Also customers need to pay for the LIJIANG daily $150 as service and maintance costs, and all parts must be completed paid before the delivery.

2.During the warranty period (12 months), if there is problems with the equipment and the customer requests the LIJIANG engineer to repair in the factory. The customer is responsible for the round-trip air ticket , no maintenance fee and no spare parts cost (except wearing parts).

3.When the machine arriving customer’s factory,LIJIANG will send its engineer to the customers’ factory for machine installation, adjustment and personnel training for free.But the round-trip air ticket, and accommodation will be born by the customer
